100% plus satisfied with Keri in every way possible at the CPR (Cell Phone Repair) Store in Rogers! My husband's cell phone's SIM card suddenly decided to become insufficient yesterday and wouldn't work. After going to AT&T store who couldn't help us, we took their advice and went to see Keri at CPR store. We took it in today right after church (about 12:30 pm), left it with her, then went to meet our daughter for lunch. In about 2 hours, Keri texted me and said my husband's phone was up and running! She repaired it! We were elated! Keri, you're a blessing to all of us you serve with such a kind and great heart. Professional in every way! I am very impressed. I brought in a completely smashed iPhone 7 yesterday and I am amazed that they were able to fix it. Especially after being told it was probably not fixable. They were very friendly and helpful as well as fast and I can't believe how little they charged me for the repair. Also they have great prices and a very good payment plan for a new device. I have bad credit and was able to qualify for a monthly payment plan to upgrade to a new phone and will be doing so shortly. I 100% recommend CPR for all your phone related needs!

Carissa and Tanker were the absolute best! I dropped my phone in A1 Sauce and my speaker was muffled. I bought my phone in and Carissa and Tanker were informative and delightful. Tanker tested out my phone to see what the actual issue was before opening it up. He literally fixed my phone in 2 minutes! So glad to have met these two. I will definitely be back if I need any other repairs in the future!

We were on vacation and I broke my phone. I called around and spoke with a lady named Carissa on the phone. She was really nice and informative . We went in and she gave us different options. She actually gave me an offer and beat all the other places. It only took less then an hour. The tech Tank was also nice and really fast. I was glad being on vacation I needed my phone. I'm glad I found this place and to find out Carissa was actually the manager was a plus because she knows her customer service. The company really picked a great team.

After that didn't work Carissa C helped me purchase a new IPhone that would work for me & not as costly as Best Buy or AT&T. DO NOT GO HERE! But if you do immediately ask for Carissa to help you. It literally took them 16 days! To fix my cellphone! They told me it was the charging port. Which Carissa took it to CPR in Fayetteville and comes to find out that wasn't the problem. They will try tell you it's better if you just buy a new device. ITS CHEAPER IF YOU BUY A NEW DEVICE! That's not true Carissa only charged me $54 and my iPhone 6x cost me about $500? So I don't understand how buying a new cellphone is cheaper? Very rude staff instead of finding out you're problem they will just argue why it's your fault. Yes I understand it's my fault but I came to fix and pay for it.

Carissa and CPR Cell Phone Repair are amazingly professional and up front. Needed help...was helpful and informative...and patient. Had her order a part and then 4 hours later had to cancel. Some/many companies would have said too late... and stuck me with the bill and part I no longer needed. Not true with Carissa or her Company.You hope you never need to have a phone repaired or fixed - but I guarantee you it will be with CPR 100% if I need to.

My phones screen was broken and it turns out it was a very difficult phone to find a replacement screen for. Nevertheless after going through several screens and eventually having to buy the screen off eBay, they managed to get it repaired! Sometimes the communication wasnt always the best, but my repair was a very odd case, and I dont blame them for what happened. All the other stores I took my phone to refused to take it, and Im just glad that they got it repaired.

My Note 9 was soaked after a motorcycle ride. I went and Took it to a repair place called NWA Cell Phone Repairand after trying everything they couldn't fix it , they suggested CPR in Rogers. Man, Tankeris a life/data savers! I recently had a laptop repaired here, as Dell wouldnt honor their warranty. CPR repaired it for just over half o competitors quota, and less than half of what Dell was going to charge. They were also friendly and professional. I plan to see if they can repair a cellphone as soon as soon as I can afford to get it fixed. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give zero stars! DO NOT USE THEM!!! It is a scam and fraud. Truly the worst, experience I have ever had with a business. I ended up having to buy a new phone, $1000, and was out $196 for the screen repair plus lost my trade in option of $150 because they broke my phone!!! These horrilbe people cost me $1446!!! I took my phone in on a Wednesday evening with a very small corner of my screen that was black.It had been this way for about 6 months but my phone worked perfectly. I decided the spot was just a nuisance so I thought I would get it repaired. They said it was an easy fix of a screen replacement for $196. I had my phone for a day and a half working fine after the replacemnt and then woke up on Friday after the Wednesday repair and the touch screen would no longer work. I took it by and they said they would look at it. Thn when I returned an hour later they told me I had put it in water in the two days since they worked on it so it was my fault it wasnt working. TOTALLY false. I did nothing to the phone. It wasnt dropped, exposed to moisture, nothing done to damage it in anyway. They wouldnt refund the cost of the screen replacement AND left me with no working phone. Just horrible, horrible, costly mistake to use them. Please dont fall victim to them like I did. I dont want this to happen to anyone else.

Do not go there. I went in to fix my cracked screen. They fixed my cracked screen but broke my front facing camera. They also said since they broke it it would be on the house for them to fix it yet when I came back to have it fixed they charged me $60 for it. Not only did all that happen now my phone screen glitches and has no sensory in the middle. This is the worst experience I've ever had and I am genuinely so upset that I ever went there to begin with.

Had the best experience here. I had to replace my laptop screen. Chris called and told me this is a tricky laptop to replace the screen because the gasket can't be reused and there might be something cosmetic that was noticeable. (I had purchased the replacement screen on amazon and gasket was not included). Well I am THRILLED!! The new screen is FLAWLESS!! Looks brand new. And the bonus is that it was incredibly reasonably priced. Thank you thank you!!

I came in to pick up my iPhone 7 after a screen repair. I quickly noticed the updated facade inside the store. Must be nice to work at such a clean, comely store. I asked about the lack of Wisconsin Badgers apparel around the store, but to no avail. I guess every rose has its thorn. When I saw the price of the repair, I thought something was wrong. I hesitated to walk through the scanners, but after a few moments I collected myself and walked out. To my surprise alarms were not ringing, and I was standing in the sunlight. I would highly recommend this store for cost efficient repairs, if you're able to look past the lack of Wisconsin decor.

CPR Cell Phone Repair Rogers, AR was an all around Great Experience. My iPhone had completely stopped accepting charge and thus stopped working. The representative that helped me quickly determined the problem and corrected the issue. Phone was back on in just a few quick minutes. He also tested to make sure the problem wouldn't repeat after I left the store. Due to it being such a minor and easy fix(though still a fix I did not possess the know-how to execute) they notified me that they do not charge for that service. This was quite the surprise since moments before I was weighing my options of whether or not to pay for a costly repair or purchase an even more costly new phone. An all around great experience!

Terrible, my boyfriend and I went there to get his phone screen fixed and we had also asked for them to clean the phone. They said it would take about an hour, so we went off to go shop then came back and picked up his phone. He paid nearly $200 for this. Then later that night we went out with some friend and left our phones in the car. Came back to the car and smelt something burning. We quickly figured out that the "new" phone screen that CPR put on there wasn't put on there correctly, actually it was barely on there. We could lift up the screen. And they didn't clean his phone like what we had paid for and his phone actually cooked it's self. My boyfriend never had any problems with his phone, just a cracked screen. But the one time we take it to CPR his phone cooks it's self and caused him to have to buy a brand new phone. We called CPR to see if they could do anything about it and they were nothing but rude to us. Telling us that it was our problem and that they didn't do anything to it. And then HUNG UP on us in our mid sentence. We were calm and respectful the entire time. Never coming here again. And I highly recommend that you don't either. Still want our money back.

I had dropped my phone and the back button on the bottom of the phone (a Galaxy S5 Active) had come loose and actually got jammed underneath the screen a little bit. I took it here and within roughly 15 minutes the tech in the back was able to put the button back in place and the screen. Luckily no damage to the screen and when I asked how much itll cost they told me nothing. At first I didnt believe him but he was not joking so at least from a customer service standpoint they are excellent. That was my first time in there and if I ever have another mishap Ill be sure to take it here first.

Took my son's broken phone and they fixed it and installed tempered glass. The first week the tempered glass was cracked. Took it back in they charged me $10 to install the new tempered glass. Next week it barely fell in the floor and the whole screen breaks again as well as the tempered glass. Take it in and they then offer us a stronger OEM screen at a higher cost but couldn't warranty the screen and asked if I could just get the tempered glass and I would install as to not be charged the $10 install fee and they said the $10 would be charged anyway to send the tempered glass in. In my experience they use really cheap parts and haven't taken pride in their work. In my experience I've never had this much trouble with a replacement phone screen and do not waste your money on their tempered glass they offer. They take no pride in their work.
